Randy Zwirn has served as a member of the board of directors since October 2014. He is a member of the compensation committee.
With nearly 40 years of energy operations and leadership experience, Mr. Zwirn retired as chief executive officer of the Energy Service Division of Siemens AG on October 1, 2016. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Energy, Inc.
Prior to this, Mr. Zwirn was a member of the Group Executive Management of the Siemens Power Generation Group. He also served as president of the Power Generation business of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and has held various positions in general management, operations, projects, marketing, and corporate finance at Westinghouse.
Mr. Zwirn previously served on the board of directors of SunEdison, Inc., a major developer and seller of photovoltaic energy solutions and a global leader in the development, manufacture and sale of silicon wafers to the semiconductor industry. Additionally, he served on the Advisory Committee for the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Georgia Tech Advisory Board, the Governor’s Council of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission and the board of directors of AREVA, USA and The University of Central Florida Foundation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College.
