  • Supported the financial and operational structuring of three large strategic partnership contracts, totaling $900 million in contract value.

  • Served as the internal director of global process architecture for one of the largest medical device organizations during its worldwide system implementation. Defined system supported processes and acted as the liaison between finance, manufacturing, order-to-cash, procurement, and supply chain. The project successfully delivered an ROI of $130 million across Puerto Rico, Scotland, Switzerland, and the U.S.
    • Managed three strategic redesign efforts for one of the largest lab testing organizations. Specific value included:
      • Over $21 million in identified cost savings or margin creation.
      • A new common receiving and lab specimen preparation process. This reduced cycle times by 48 percent and increased throughput/capacity by 96 percent.
      • A new common FLOW Cytometry testing process reducing cycle times by 25 percent and increased throughput/capacity by up to 96 percent.
  • Led the creation large biotech’s operations excellence function. Tasks included developing the overall strategy, governance model, and structure as well as leading two large improvement projects across the Netherlands, U.K., and the U.S.
  • Managed the implementation of a global medical devise organization’s sales and operations planning (S&OP) process and supporting systems. The project supported the reduction in inventories, scraps rates, and improved make/buy decisions across Belgium, Italy, Puerto Rico, and the U.S.
  • Developed the RFID technology strategy for one of the largest drug-eluting stent manufacturers. Enabling the organization to more accurately plan, produce, and replenish materials across its vast network of provider customers.
    • Led the strategic acceleration initiative for one of the largest global organizations resulting in $50 million saved. Work focused on optimizing the supply planning business areas.
