Christopher Sicuranza is a Managing Director in the Financial Services Advisory and Compliance segment and is the co-lead of the Consumer Finance Practice. With over 17 years of experience advising consumer finance, government, and banking organizations, he specializes in providing solutions that help clients optimize the use of financial and operational information to improve profitability, minimize risk capital, and address regulatory requirements.
A proven engagement leader with the ability to manage large complex projects in risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness, Chris leads teams with as many as 100 or more resources focused on the industry’s most critical issues, including the largest U.S. financial restatement, the Independent Foreclosure Review, the National Mortgage Servicing Settlement, and other regulatory-related engagements.
Chris is a national speaker and author on financial services–related topics such as Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) compliance, third-party vendor management, and regulatory change management. He is actively engaged on multiple regulatory matters such as advising banking clients on state attorney general settlements; implementing remediation activities related to matters requiring management attention; redesigning regulatory compliance management systems; and executing compliance and control assessments to proactively self-identify issues.
