Vineet Shrivastava is an associate director in the global Construction practice in Asia. He has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years. During this time, he gained a wealth of experience on a number of mixed use developments, buildings, hospital, MRT and power plant projects.
Vineet is a Construction project planner who has worked for consultants, contractors and developers in Singapore, India and Australia, developing extensive project control knowledge. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, has a LLM in Construction Law (Arbitration & Adjudication), a M.S. in International Construction Management, a graduate diploma in construction management, a post graduate diploma in project management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
Vineet’s project experience includes the planning and construction of residential buildings, commercial office buildings, educational facilities, sports arenas, healthcare, leisure and retail facilities, high-rise structures, rail and highways. He has also assisted in the preparation of numerous expert planning reports and provided forensic delay investigations on construction disputes, acting for both the claimant and defendant / respondent. Vineet specializes in forensic delay investigations and analysis, live project planning, contract management and design management. Vineet is highly experienced with programming software, such as Primavera Project Planner (P3 and P6), MS Project and Asta Power Project.
Prior to joining Navigant, Vineet developed his skills within main contractor planning in the Singapore, where he has gathered a wealth of live project experience and also prepared numerous tender, project and claims programme and reports. Vineet’s invaluable live project experience and training allows him to efficiently establish and understand the true facts, reasons and impacts of project delays.
