Gene Raffone is the Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer at Navigant. In this role, Gene leads Navigant’s human capital organization globally. His areas of responsibility include recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, global mobility, diversity and leadership succession planning. He is also a member of Navigant’s Executive Leadership Team.
During Gene’s tenure, the Human Capital function has become a key strategic partner to the business in enabling significant expansion, though the integration of top talent via both organic and inorganic growth strategies. The Firm’s focus on culture and people development has become a priority – and a differentiator for Navigant in attracting talent
Previously, Gene had a successful tenure at Accenture where he held various human resources leadership positions during his more than 20-year tenure. Among other positions, he served as the Human Resources Director for the firm’s Healthcare business unit, as well as leading a variety of highly visible, global process areas including performance management, career management, employee engagement and executive compensation.
Gene holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA in International Business and Organizational Development from the University of Notre Dame.
