Gene Raffone is the vice president and chief human capital officer at Navigant Consulting, Inc. In this role, he leads Navigant’s global human capital organization. Raffone’s areas of responsibility include recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, global mobility, diversity, and leadership succession planning. He is also a member of Navigant’s executive leadership team.
During Raffone’s tenure, the human capital function has become a key strategic partner to the business in enabling significant expansion, through the integration of top talent via both organic and inorganic growth strategies. The firm’s focus on culture and people development has become a priority — and a differentiator for Navigant in attracting talent.
Previously, Raffone had a successful tenure at Accenture, where he held various human resources leadership positions during his more than 20-year career. Among other positions, he served as the human resources director for the firm’s Healthcare practice, as well as leading a variety of highly visible, global process areas, including performance management, career management, employee engagement, and executive compensation.
Raffone holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University and an MBA in international business and organizational development from the University of Notre Dame.
