Andrew Preston is an Associate Director in Navigant’s Disputes and Investigations Practice where he focuses on matters involving valuation, damages and lost profits, finance, accounting, and economics for international arbitrations and disputes. Andrew has experience with engagements involving businesses, individuals, and governments in Europe, the Americas, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Asia in a variety of industries including power generation, transportation, mining, oil & gas, real estate, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Andrew also has provided forensic accounting support for white collar criminal prosecutions and fraud examinations.

- Mercer International Inc. v. Government of Canada: Managed a project team with the preparation of two expert report s to determine the impact on fair market value of the differential treatment afforded to a kraft pulp mill related to its ability to sell its self-generated electricity.
- Adel A Hamadi Al Tamimi v. Sultanate of Oman: Managed a project team with the preparation of two expert reports to assess the limestone market in the Middle East and to determine the fair market value of a limestone quarry.
- Flughafen Zürich & Gestión e Ingeniería IDC S.A. v. Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela: Managed a project team with the preparation of two expert reports to determine the fair market value of an expropriated airport concession on Margarita Island, Venezuela.
