Chuck Peruchini is a Managing Director of Navigant’s Business Development team, working from the Chicago office.
Chuck responsible for creating strategic business development initiatives for the whole range of Navigant service offerings. Working with practitioners across the entire Firm, Chuck identifies emerging ideas, issues or trends, and then develops active sales campaigns to develop new business by offering a range of Navigant solutions to these emerging issues.
Over the past 21 years, Chuck has co-created an unique, proprietary process for the sale of professional services. This process develops strategic content, brings it to market, and fosters relationships with multiple audiences to sell an array of advisory services. The process requires continuous renewal and innovation to bring fresh ideas to all relationships. This sales process enables Navigant professionals to get beyond one-off sales, and focus outreach efforts on ideas that create multiple new business opportunities, and have a quantum impact on the top-line.
Chuck is the co-author of “Selling Professional and Financial Services Handbook: A Strategic Sales Process”
He is an inaugural inductee into Navigant’s Client Service Hall of Fame.
