Renick Perry has more than 20 years of varied physician practice operations and financial accounting experience with a focus on physician capacity and patient access, professional fee revenue cycle management and improvement, financial and budgeting processes and physician compensation plan development and/or redesign.
Rick has routinely implemented multiple performance improvement initiatives simultaneously, leading to organizational transformation. He has also developed, managed and led efforts in key performance indicator reporting utilizing practice management dashboards. He developed a successful novel implementation approach to sustaining provider productivity gains using calibration, communication, capacity, compensation and culture, and has regularly led engagements specifically designed to improve professional fee revenue cycle performance. He has also facilitated design of provider compensation plans and physician administrative pay plans.
Prior to joining Navigant Healthcare, Rick served in leadership at Huron Healthcare, where he was responsible for assessing and implementing performance improvement in physician practices enterprises. While serving in this leadership role, he developed the cost reduction methodology and approach to hospital based providers (anesthesiology, radiology, hospitalists, emergency, pathology and intensivists). He was nominated two consecutive years for the “Excellence in Coaching” award.
