Established transformation governance and portfolio leadership discipline with the clients. Served as the value architecture lead for multi-team engagements.
Assisted a large healthcare system with more than 20 hospitals and a large medical group with Support Function Operating Model and Performance Improvement. Exceeding the initial $100 million saving expectation, the program identified and realized $450 million in annual savings and established a multifunction shared services center of 1200 employees within 18 months and restructured 12 functional areas. Served as delivery lead thru all phases of the program – from benchmarking to solution development to implementation and validation of final value realization. In addition to day to day leadership in multiple functional areas served as the lead for value management for this $350 million investment in the program over 2.5 years.
Assisted a mid-size not-for-profit health plan to develop a 3-year corporate strategy and a supporting strategic financial plan to improve operating margins by 2.5% and maintain revenues despite declining membership. Performed segment level analysis for understanding the market potential of each line of business. Thru a series of interviews with key senior stakeholders understood the current internal and industry issues
