Don O’Hearn is a director in Navigant’s Healthcare sales and solutions group focusing on the life sciences industry leading with medical technology, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology manufacturers. Don’s role is to understand business needs and work with Navigant practice leaders and subject matter experts to address those needs with the optimal solutions.
Don has extensive experience leading operational teams in a variety of medical technologies and created strategies to access markets across several product platforms. From large capitalized companies, venture backed startups to and through integration as a result of acquisition, Don has blended insights from strategic analysis to tactical priorities that led to sustained growth.
Prior to joining Navigant, Don served as vice president of marketing and sales at a series of medtech startups and multi-nationals, including neuro-stimulation company NeuroPace, Inc., K2M orthopedics spine during the private equity stage, the structural heart and vascular company AGA Medical now Abbott, and prior to that Medtronic.
