Mike O'Keefe is a Director in the Global Construction practice focusing on healthcare real estate. For more than 25 years, he has played an integral role in the planning, development, financing, leasing, acquisition, asset management, and financial analysis of over $2 billion of healthcare projects throughout the U.S. He has a breadth of experience evaluating the business aspects of the current real estate assets and developing real estate portfolio optimization recommendations. His experience includes the operations, leasing, design, and development of medical office and ambulatory care facilities.

Prior to that, he was President and Founder of Medical Realty Associates and Vice President of Project Management and Leasing and for Universal Medical Buildings.
