Chris Myers is a Director in the Healthcare Provider Strategy practice. With more than twenty years of health care consulting experience, Chris has completed more than 100 consulting engagements for an array of clients, including national faith-based health systems, community hospitals, physician groups, and academic medical centers.
As an expert, Chris is a trusted advisor to clients in the areas of enterprise strategic planning, service line planning, mergers & acquisitions, and portfolio assessments. He has a breadth of experience with environmental assessments, business plan development, financial forecasting, and scenario development.
As leader of the Neuroscience practice, Chris has collaborated with many client organizations to prepare strategic plans, including spine, stroke, epilepsy, and brain tumor programs. He has also assisted clients prepare service line plans in other clinical areas, including senior services, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, surgical services, and rehabilitation services.
Chris has significant experience advising Catholic health systems on a range of strategy issues. He maintains a longitudinal database of Catholic health care in the United States.
