Jill McCrory is a nurse and attorney with more than 30 years’ experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Most recently, Jill held various in-house roles at a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical manufacturer where she developed significant expertise in a broad base of business strategies and functions including deep proficiency in state and federal transparency (e.g. federal “Sunshine Act”), and development of marketing materials and product plans within FDA regulatory parameters. Prior to her in-house experience, Jill was law firm partner and member of the Executive Committee managing litigation and negotiations for health care clients.
Jill is an associate director in Navigant’s global Life Sciences Disputes, Regulatory, Compliance & Investigations (“LS DRCI”) practice, where she brings experience and knowledge of transparency, compliance and quality system program development, Corporate Integrity Agreements (“CIAs”), Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategies (“REMS”), anti-kickback expertise, and years of counsel to grant office and sales operations execution. Jill has facilitated development of faculty and field training, overseen review of brand and medical materials, and assisted with SOP and process creation in areas of rapid change. She has also served on a cross-functional team tasked with enterprise risk assessment and mitigation in development of innovative approaches to marketing, e.g. social media. Recognizing that every company has a unique need and culture, Jill brings an open mind, and often a sense of humor, to every project to best align the needs of the client to Navigant’s expertise and resources.
