Timothy McClive is a director in the Energy practice of Navigant and manages the power markets modeling team. He is a resource economist and project manager with 30 years of experience in government, utilities, and consulting. His works have included strategic regulatory, public policy and market assessments related to electric, fossil fuel, and economic forecasting; demand side management; market power; distributed generation; retail and wholesale price design; and wholesale sector competition.
Timothy holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics, and also completed all coursework and qualifying exams for a doctorate in Resource Economics from Cornell University.
