Toby McCallum is an Associate Director in the Global Construction practice in Singapore. Toby has more than 10 years of experience in construction claims & dispute resolution, having started his career working for main civil contractors on major transportation infrastructure works in Australia.
Toby specializes in advising clients in relation to construction and engineering projects that have suffered delay & disruption and has significant experience in FIDIC and NEC forms of contract.
He has considerable experience in the transportation, heavy civils and process sectors, wherein, he has provided delay related advice to project owners, contractors and subcontractors, both public and private sector. He has prepared numerous independent expert delay reports on behalf of clients for various International Arbitration proceedings.
Toby is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has Bachelor degrees in Civil Engineering and Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He has also completed and Advanced Certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
