Jennifer McCallister is an associate director in the commercial disputes and forensics practice where she specializes in risk and compliance consulting. She has more than 16 years experience in management consulting, internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance, process maturity, and has led several enterprise-wide initiatives and implementations at a Fortune 100 healthcare company.
Jen has more than 14 years experience in the healthcare industry where she advised management and the board at one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies. She has significant experience in risk management consulting and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practices. She has led enterprise-wide efforts supporting both the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and e-GRC programs. Through those efforts, she achieved success in addressing key GRC goals evidenced by an effective broad-based, collaborative program. Her thought leadership also led to the adoption of innovative board level reporting of key risk information and intelligence. In addition, Jen served on the NC State ERM Advisory Board where she collaborated with ERM experts across industries to mature the practice and influence curriculum at the university.
In addition, Jen has significant experience in the fields of internal audit and process maturity. She supported clients in the healthcare, clinical, provider, and pharmaceutical fields, led audit quality and methodology initiatives, and infused audit and process excellence into daily operational practices. Most recently, Jen has been working with clients to strengthen compliance program effectiveness and mature critical process within compliance organizations. Additionally, she spearheads the work plan design, testing, and reporting efforts for large scale Independent Review Organization (IRO) projects focusing on potential violations and compliance with Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
