Len Mandel is a director in the Healthcare practice, he is focused on end-to-end revenue cycle transformation for healthcare providers nationally. With more than 20 years of expertise in both the provider and consulting space, his expertise yields optimized net revenue and sustainable margin. Len also served as interim vice president of revenue cycle for a medical health system consisting of three acute care facilities and outpatient clinics. He directed the health system level directors of patient access, utilization review / case management, health information management, revenue integrity / charge capture, and patient financial services.
