Kenneth Lotterhos is a Managing Director in the Energy Practice’s Power Systems, Markets, and Pricing group. He has over 25 years of utility operations, regulatory, and legal expertise, with an in-depth knowledge of federal regulatory matters relating to energy delivery. Combining his technical background with his legal experience, he has successfully provided clients with both technical and regulatory services related to competitive electricity markets and electric industry restructuring, transmission and distribution planning, and electric system reliability. Kenneth has represented client interests on the New York Independent System Operator (“NYISO”), PJM Interconnection Planning, Markets and Reliability Committees and North American Electric Reliability Corp. (“NERC”) Standard Drafting Teams.
In 2011, Kenneth co-authored a legal publication for Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., entitled “Guidebook on Mandatory Electric Reliability Compliance” providing extensive coverage of NERC mandatory electric reliability compliance.
