Edward (Ed) Keller is the chief marketing officer at Navigant Consulting, Inc. In this role, Ed oversees marketing for the firm, and ensures Navigant’s value is conveyed effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. He is also a member of Navigant’s executive leadership team. Prior to joining Navigant in 2014, Ed was the head of integrated marketing at Grant Thornton LLP, where he oversaw marketing strategy, planning, and execution across all industries, regions, and services. Under his direction, the firm developed comprehensive, multichannel campaigns that built revenue for each practice area and service line.
Ed brings to Navigant 30 years of experience in professional services, marketing, and brand positioning. His background combines classical consumer branding with extensive professional services industry aptitude. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to identify marketplace opportunities and achieve revenue growth, both as a marketer and as a business development executive in corporate, agency, and professional services environments. He previously worked at Landor Associates, Leo Burnett, and Sears, Roebuck & Co.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
