Elizabeth Hutchins assists internal counsel, external counsel and corporations facing tax controversy, class action and employment litigation and forensic accounting investigations. She has more than ten years of experience helping clients identify and exploit financial, accounting, operational, and transactional data to resolve commercial litigation. Elizabeth’s complex data analytics expertise brings new insights to clients and helps shape litigation strategies, quantify damages, and prepare expert testimony.
Elizabeth leads many of the Firm’s largest dispute and investigation matters involving massive amounts of structured and unstructured data. Elizabeth presents findings to executive leadership teams, management committees, attorneys, auditors, and other experts.

Elizabeth obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and her masters of business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Elizabeth is active in the legal community and has served on the Young Professionals Boards of the Chicago Bar Foundation, Metropolitan Family Services’ Legal Aid Society, and HFS Chicago Scholars.
