Marshall Harris is an associate director in Navigant’s global Construction practice. He has provided professional consulting services to owners, contractors, insurance companies and their counsel on a wide variety of construction projects for more than 11 years. His experience is focused in critical path method (CPM) baseline schedule development and project scheduling; schedule analysis and delay allocation; cost/damages assessment; claim development and review; and expert report preparation in litigation and non-litigation related disputes. His clients have relied on him for project scheduling and proactive risk advisory services on residential, hotel and mixed-use high-rise projects.
Marshall has also utilized his expertise to assist with developing and assessing claims in litigation, arbitrations, and mediations. His experience includes the preparation and analysis of schedule delay, acceleration, loss of productivity and cost overrun claims on projects around the world including in the Unites States, Canada, Asia, and India. He has prepared Navigant’s experts for trial/hearing testimony in a variety of arenas, developed presentations for use in mediation, and supported the depositions of fact and expert witnesses. He has led teams with evaluating claims against his clients for pricing adjustments as a result of methodology, appropriateness, and the extent of supporting documentation.
Marshall has been involved in a wide variety of project types around the works, including the construction of residential, commercial and mixed-use high-rise buildings and programs; luxury hotels and retirement communities; courthouses and schools/colleges; power plants and processing plants; manufacturing projects; and overseas government projects such as military bases and embassies.
