She brings more than 12 years of consulting experience in utilities customer segment. Recent experience includes customer analytics solution approach analysis to drive customer engagement and energy conservation. Aida is passionate about helping utilities solve operational challenges and adopt new customer strategies and solutions in the ever-evolving ecosystem of green tech and personalized energy consumption management.
