She has led dozens of practice management and electronic health records implementation projects that impact nearly every aspect of patient care. These projects have included business and clinical process redesigns for single specialty and multi-specialty groups across the country. Carolyn is known for customizing leading practice solutions to meet the needs of her clients; enabling them to deliver quality healthcare with financially sustainable business practices in a changing regulatory and economic environment.
Additionally, Carolyn effectively leads projects of various size and scope for a variety of clients, often including large clinically integrated academic and non-academic health systems. She has collaborated with her clients to improve patient access, assess readiness for centralized call center operations, increase point-of-service collections, centralize revenue cycle functions, remediate cash applications business processes, manage outsourced revenue cycle functions, and develop, in conjunction with a team of software designers, the functional requirements for a specialty ambulatory revenue cycle application.
