As a Managing Director in the Global Construction practice, Bruce Gamble advises clients on complex real estate issues in all major United States markets and in many foreign countries. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry covering due diligence, real estate development, real estate operations, real estate finance, and transaction structuring. He has been deeply involved in restructuring large real estate projects and entities both in and out of court.
Bruce has experience with virtually all product types: office, retail, industrial, for-rent residential, for-sale residential, hospitality, resorts and many types of special use facilities. His clients range from major users of space to owners of excess real estate and include private and public developers, real estate lenders of all types, equity investors, retailers, and corporations. Over the past seven years, he has been involved in the restructuring of hundreds of real estate projects of all types with a total value in excess of $30 billion dollars.
