With expertise in program management, engineering, and construction, James is focused on transforming energy systems and infrastructure in the wake of natural disasters. For over 30 years, he has led diverse teams in project planning, development, and execution to support utility operations and maintenance programs. Earlier in his career, James was the lead engineer for the construction and installation of a nuclear power plant’s emergency generators, which successfully operated through Hurricane Andrew. Since, James has managed the construction of a new generator power plant in the Bahamas, as well as participated or managed the construction of various nuclear modifications, combined-cycle gas turbine power plants, and wind farms.
