Nicole Fetter is a Director in the Healthcare Services practice. She trained as an Orthopedic Surgeon and has experience in population health, physician alignment, value-based care models, orthopedic surgery, OR operations improvement, and health system strategic growth.
Nicole has worked with a wide variety of healthcare providers including academic medical centers, community hospitals, large for-profit health systems and not-for-profit health systems. She has worked with health systems to assess, build and implement capabilities to support value-based care.

Advises health systems on development of clinical programs, care pathways, quality initiatives and care teams necessary to successfully support clinical transformation.
Physician Alignment: Guides administrative and clinical leadership on development of clinical governance models to foster physician alignment. Specializes in education, specialty reporting and physician compacts.
Value-Based Care Models: Works with health systems to help transition from free-for-service to value-based care models. Helps design and implement clinical programs to support value-based care.
Led clinical assessment of care management, disease management, utilization management, risk adjustment, pharmacy, and quality capabilities of a large health system including best practice recommendations.
Assisted with development of clinical strategy to support growth of health system value-based business to 100,000 risk lives • Worked with OR leadership and surgeons to identify unwarranted variation in surgical procedures.
Designed and implemented multi-component physician alignment strategy at a state-wide multi-health system Alliance. Developed charter and subcommittee structure for physician governance entity.
Facilitated educational sessions for primary care physicians, nurses and administrators which provided tools and processes to implement front-line changes in clinics to support clinical transformation.
Assisted with development of specialist population health engagement strategy including educational conference, specialty reports, and interdisciplinary co-management agreements.
