Matt Felker is a director in the Life Sciences practice, bringing more than 20 years of experience to his position with a primary focus in market access. Matt works extensively with his global biopharmaceutical clients in developing access strategies and tactics to advance their branded portfolios within organized customer groups.
Matt brings a complete perspective and understanding of both the biotechnology and pharmaceutical businesses, as well as both client-side and vendor-side disciplines.
Prior to joining Navigant, Matt held varied and progressive roles at Scott-Levin Inc., Wyeth, Cephalon, and Health Strategies Group. His work has spanned across numerous therapeutic categories, including autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disease, mental health, metabolics, oncology, and women’s health. Additionally, he has held roles in institutional and payer marketing and market research.
Matt has spearheaded efforts related to global HTA readiness, organized customer and payer segmentation, and account manager effectiveness, and his recent thought leadership includes published content related to provider-owned health plans, population health management, and effective health system C-suite engagement.
