Kevin Dennis is a Managing Director in Navigant’s Disputes and Investigations practice bringing more than 25 years of experience including a multitude of commercial disputes. He serves as a damages expert, prepares damages analyses, or critiques damages related to breaches of contract, terminations, intellectual property disputes, product defects, and other general business and commercial matters.
Kevin’s commercial banking background, accounting education, and accounting credentials enable him to support clients and counsel with many types of forensic accounting investigations. As a result of his many years of involvement with the firm’s Global Construction Practice,he also has significant experience with a wide variety of construction matters. His work in the construction industry has a primary focus on the damages and quantum aspects of disputes arising from construction-related events, as well as contract compliance issues on major industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, hospitality, and multi-purpose projects.
Kevin’s work for national and international construction clients involves many types of horizontal and vertical projects, including power plants (nuclear, coal and alternative fuel), oil & gas, infrastructure, public works, roadways and bridges, manufacturing and processing facilities, residential and commercial developments, and more.
