He has more than 18 years of experience spanning growth strategies, business design, operating model design, product management, technology strategies, and large-scale program planning for healthcare payer and provider clients. He has deep expertise in developing and driving strategies related to clinical transformation and innovative care models. Additionally, he has a successful track record of bridging the strategy to execution gap using deep experience in strategic planning, operational change management, blueprinting, and managing high functioning consulting teams.
Prior to Navigant, Deepak worked for Huron and PwC in advancing strategic planning and innovation efforts. Before PwC, Deepak co-founded finEye Corporation, an innovative early-stage company that developed an artificial intelligence based financial research product. As Vice President of Products, Deepak defined the product strategy and led the marketing effort. Deepak played an instrumental role in raising first round of venture financing. Prior to founding finEye, Deepak was an Associate Director with Cambridge Technology Partners, where he led business strategy and technology initiatives.
