Gregg Curry is a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice. He is a CPA with accreditation in business valuation and certified in financial forensics. His extensive forensic accounting experience includes damages analyses, such as loss of profits, valuations, and other consulting services  related to fraud investigations, contract breaches,  antitrust violations, business interruptions, intellectual property disputes, dealer terminations, construction cost overruns, accounting malpractices, bankruptcies, securities litigation, wrongful deaths, personal injuries, and other business disputes.

For more than 30 years, Gregg has performed financial and economic analyses related to the financial condition of entities in a variety of industries. This work includes the forensic analyses of business records and financial documents and the determination of the economic impact to the entity's operations, revenues, and costs. As part of his consulting efforts, Gregg has given expert testimony on numerous occasions regarding his findings and opinions.

Select engagement experience includes:

  • Retained by a major telecommunications company in defense of an off‐the‐clock class action matter
  • Retained by a major aerospace manufacturing concern related to a price discrimination claim filed against it by an equipment overhaul operation
  • Retained by the Professional Golfersʹ Association (PGA) Tour in an antitrust litigation to rebut the economic damages asserted by a golf club manufacturing company
  • Retained by a leading manufacturer of lighting products in a patent infringement and  theft of trade secrets litigation against a maker of electroluminescent lighting products
  • Retained by a general contractor in a dispute with its electrical subcontractor on a school building project
  • Testified in federal court on behalf of a major home builder in an employment contract dispute for which the jury returned an eight-figure damage award
  • Was appointed by a federal bankruptcy judge to examine the facts and circumstances related to potential avoidance actions and to prosecute said actions on behalf of the Chapter 11 estate
  • Retained by a Native American tribe to value property and assets condemned in an eminent domain matter in tribal court
