Jane Anderson is Navigant's chief human capital officer, which includes all of our people-related functions. Our human capital team is responsible for talent acquisition, training, human capital operations and talent development, segment business partners, compensation, benefits, diversity and inclusion, and compliance. She has over 30 years of experience in the consulting field, both as a consultant on economic damages and cost allowability questions and as a human capital professional focusing on talent development.
Throughout her career, Jane has specialized in developing employees through training, performance management, and talent reviews. She has led training departments, including efforts in developing, designing, and teaching various internal training programs for a broad spectrum of topics, venues, and levels, including design of leadership development programs. She has also designed performance management systems and processes, including competency development, 360 assessments, annual reviews, and coaching programs.
Previously, Jane was a principal/director at Tucker Alan Inc., a vice president at Peterson Consulting Limited Partnership, and a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
