Caroline Ambrose is a director in the Healthcare practice. She focuses on performance improvement, quality initiatives, facilitation, and training. She has worked with a wide variety of institutions, including hospitals, integrated delivery systems, clinics, physician practices, blood centers, clinical research organizations, and organ donor placement centers. Throughout her career as a consultant, Caroline has led projects for some of the largest hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers in the country. Her clients have seen improvements in patient, physician, and employee satisfaction; reductions in length of stay; savings in operational costs; an increase in staff utilization and productivity; more efficient patient flow; enhancements to revenue; and advancements in the quality and standard of care being delivered. These outcomes are largely due to her process improvement skills and the coaching, mentoring, training, tools, and techniques used in her business programs. She also has significant benchmarking experience and has designed full-scale healthcare benchmarking programs.
Caroline has provided facilitation of meetings for Navigant and to clients of Navigant. She utilizes sound meeting planning and her expertise in moving groups of all sizes to their specific goals. Using her process and clinical background, Caroline has provided Navigant an internal resource to facilitate methodology development.
As a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, Caroline has significant experience with development and administration of training classes, statistical and analytical problem solving, team building, and facilitation of meetings.
