Navigant Recognized by Forbes Among 2016 Best Midsize Employers

Independent survey of employees identifies the best large and midsize companies

Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI), a specialized, global professional services firm, was named among the 2016 Best Midsize Employers in America by Forbes magazine.

Forbes, in partnership with Statista.com, conducted an online survey of more than 30,000 American workers spanning midsize and large U.S. companies, nonprofits and government agencies. The willingness to recommend one's own employer on a scale of 1-10 was given the most weight in the survey. Secondarily, employees were asked to mention good or bad employers in other sectors/industries other than their own. The list of 250 midsize companies is comprised of those with at least 100 mentions and 20 direct recommendations in the online survey.

“This is an exciting time in Navigant’s evolution. As a professional services firm, top talent is how firms remain relevant and add value to clients.
