New Director brings in-depth financial regulatory experience to the UK team
Navigant announced today that Keith Foggon has joined the firm’s UK Legal Technology Solutions practice as a Director in the London office.
Foggon joins Navigant from the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) digital evidence and e-Discovery unit, which led the FCA’s investigations into electronic data for banks under investigation. He has also advised many of the leading UK banks, guiding their departments in the recovery of email searches, chat room data and audio.

Foggon will advise clients on effective interactions with regulators and managing data to reduce costs and limit risks.
His experience is in advising clients on how to work with regulators and how to manage data within their businesses to promote costs savings and limit risks.
“We are extremely pleased to have Keith join our team. He brings a unique perspective on managing data in financial investigations. He has worked on some of the world’s most high-profile and important investigations, including those relating to miss-selling, LIBOR manipulation, unauthorised trading, insider dealing and consumer protection,” stated Alex Dunstan-Lee, Managing Director of the UK Legal Technology Solutions. “His knowledge and insight will be hugely beneficial to our clients.”
