Live broadcast on HBO this Saturday will raise funds in support of autism schools, programs, and services
Nov. 17, 2017 — Navigant is proud to announce that it is a sponsor of the All-Star Autism Benefit, “Night of Too Many Stars: America Unites for Autism Programs,” which will air at 8 p.m. ET, Saturday, Nov. 18, on HBO live from The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Navigant’s involvement with “Night of Too Many Stars” continues our strong commitment to supporting the autism community, which includes providing employment and professional development opportunities. Ellen Zimiles, segment leader for Navigant’s Financial Services Advisory and Compliance practice, and her husband, Jonah Zimiles, serve as co-chairs of the event.
The event, now in its 13th year and hosted by Jon Stewart, is presented in partnership with NEXT for AUTISM, a non-profit organization that designs, launches, and supports innovative programs to improve the lives of people living with autism spectrum disorder. Since its inception, the benefit has raised more than $24 million and created awareness for the needs of people with autism and their families. Celebrities expected to perform at the event include Chris Rock, The Roots, John Oliver, Olivia Munn, Ben Stiller, Edie Falco, Sarah Silverman, Adam Sandler, and Robert DeNiro.
We encourage our employees, colleagues, and friends to not only watch, but also join the effort and learn more about the work of NEXT for AUTISM by visiting https://www.nextforautism.org.
