Recognized by health system clients for value, culture, and patient satisfaction
CHICAGO – April 3, 2017 – A new report from KLAS™ based on feedback from hospitals and health systems has rated Navigant Cymetrix the top revenue cycle outsourcing (RCO) firm.
Navigant Cymetrix received the highest overall RCO score among six firms analyzed in the KLAS report, “Revenue Cycle Services 2017: How do RCS Firms Measure Up to Providers’ Needs?, and it achieved the top score for five RCO indicators: money’s worth; service delivery met timeliness; executive involvement; overall satisfaction; and likelihood to buy again.
Navigant Cymetrix, the current leader in revenue cycle outsourcing performance, specializes in giving high value for the cost while engaging each provider client personally and on the provider’s own terms, the report states. KLAS also reported that Navigant Cymetrix fits well into provider organizations, working side by side with clients as one team and driving a strong cultural fit.
We take great pride in helping hospitals and health systems enhance their operational efficiencies and execute strategies to support long-term sustainability,” said Jim Mapes, managing director and Navigant Cymetrix practice leader. “The fact that Navigant Cymetrix is being recognized based on feedback from our provider clients makes this honor that much more meaningful. This acknowledgement is a testament to our efforts to deliver a unique and powerful combination of revenue cycle solutions and consulting expertise that enhance the ability of care providers to serve their communities.
In January, Navigant Cymetrix was recognized as the top revenue cycle outsourcing provider in the 2017 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Services report. Navigant Cymetrix was also recognized in 2012, 2013, and 2015/2016 with a Best in KLAS Award, ranking first in the Extended Business Office Services category for each of those years.
Navigant Cymetrix offers end-to-end RCO services that range from patient registration through full account resolution. Solutions leverage innovative proprietary technology and include patient access and financial services, health information management, and revenue integrity services. Each year, KLAS interviews thousands of healthcare professionals about the vendor products and services their organizations use. These interviews are conducted using a standard quantitative evaluation, and the scores and commentary collected are shared online in real time so that other providers can benefit from their peers’ experience. To supplement the data gathered with this standard evaluation, KLAS also creates various supplemental evaluations that target a subset of KLAS’ overall sampling and delve deeper into the most pressing questions facing healthcare today.
