Navigant’s Jay Paidipati shares recommendation strategy in DOE blog
Interest in solar use is growing among companies, and so is the number of service providers available to help install solar technologies.
In a recent blog for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings, Jay Paidipati, director at Navigant Research, recommends companies use an RFP to help in determining the right provider to get the job done.
“RFPs let solar photovoltaic (PV) providers know your company is open to receiving bids for a solar project,” Paidipati writes. “RFPs set clear objectives and goals, and outline what information and qualifications your company is looking for in a vendor and a solar PV project.”
