FCPA's New Corporate Enforcement Policy: Implications to the Year Ahead

The U.S Department of Justice’s announced their Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Corporate Enforcement Policy late last year. The updated policy will provide companies with a level of certainty about the results of disclosures, intended to boost the voluntary disclosure of possible FCPA violations.

This means companies will need to continue to monitor the policy’s implementation in addition to evaluating their FCPA compliance program and ensure their efficiency.
