    • Includes relevant EMR system review to diagnose broken/inappropriate build limiting performance and optimization opportunities that drive net revenue capture and A/R reduction
  • EMR Pre-Live Readiness Assessment:
    • Organizations that struggle with EMR conversions often drastically underestimate both operational and technical change management needs to design, adopt, and train on not only a new platform, but new operational workflows to support that platform  
    • Evaluates both operational and technical readiness for upcoming EMR implementation, including critical risk areas and prioritized build errors that result in financial duress at go-live 
    • Includes structure and operational workflow review to ensure your organization is ready to fully leverage the newly purchased EMR 
  • Recurring Performance Assessment 
    • Partnership based approach that schedules recurring check-ins with Navigant assessment team to perform comprehensive reviews, but allow client the opportunity to take on optimization efforts themselves in between check-ins
