As a Director of Navigant (Europe) Ltd in the Public Services practice, Mike has in excess of 18 years experience in Project and Programme Management and Commercial Management in the UK Construction Sector. He has worked on projects for a wide variety of sectors including Transport, Petrochemical, Telecoms, and Retail for “Blue Chip” Clients such as BAA, BP, British Telecom and Marks & Spencer.
Mike specialises in PFI/PPP procurement with over a decade’s experience in consultancy support to both the Public and Private sector on accommodation related schemes in Education, Health and Police on Local and National programmes such as Building Schools for the Future. Whilst Mike's area of expertise is in the project inception and procurement stages, he also has extensive experience of the project delivery and operational phases from a Client’s Agent perspective.
