He has experience across sales, marketing, operations and IT, and a track record of defining and delivering practical solutions to complex business problems. He has led a wide variety of change activity, ranging from strategy and operating model development through cost reduction, post-merger integration, outsourcing strategy and large-scale business and systems change.
