After spending 4 years in the City as an Investment Manager he has spent the last eleven years in management consulting; firstly with Ernst & Young’s Strategy & Transformation practice and subsequently with Navigant Consulting. Ed leads change programmes and solves complex problems in distribution, the evolution of operating models and operational efficiency.
