She has over 35 years of real estate valuation and related strategic advisory experience working with corporations, healthcare providers, institutional investors, REITs, developers, financial institutions, and government agencies. Ms. Welsh specializes in hospitals and other healthcare property types, large vacant land tracts, and special use properties including agribusiness, Thoroughbred racetracks, submerged land, restaurants, wetlands/tidal lots, quarry/mining lands, schools, triple net investments, lodging, and waterfront properties. She has personally completed or supervised hundreds of complex real estate valuation and consulting assignments located throughout the United States and supervised global assignments.
