John Walker leads the Defense Industries practice at Navigant. Mr. Walker is considered an expert in defense technologies, R&D portfolio analysis, product positioning, investment analysis, and business strategy. Mr. Walker has advised the United States Senate Armed Services Committee, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, the United Nations, and all three Defense Services.
His primary specialty lies in the annual review of large research, technology and product portfolios and their associated investment considerations. With upwards of $2.5 billion evaluated annually, Mr. Walker is one of the country's foremost defense technology analysts. Mr. Walker has extensive international work experience and has consulted in virtually every major industrial sector.
