As a Director with Navigant Healthcare practice, focusing on the physician segment, Karen Wagner has been the Interim CAO for a large multi-specialty practice. In this position she has been responsible for the transition of the private practice into the hospital healthcare system. She brings over 30 years of comprehensive senior management and consulting experience working with physician practices, insurance companies and hospitals. She is experienced in a multitude of clinical settings, including primary care and multi-specialty practices, hospital-based facilities, medical and surgical subspecialty practices and physical medicine and rehabilitation settings.
