Beji Varghese is a Director in the Valuation and Financial Risk Management practice of Navigant Capital Advisors, Navigant's dedicated corporate finance business unit. Mr. Varghese has extensive residential mortgage servicing expertise. He also specializes in the area of governance, risk and compliance and has advised multiple companies in the design and implementation of effective internal controls.
Mr. Varghese is also a highly skilled Business Intelligence expert. He has helped several large, financial institutions design and implement complex financial reporting solutions and very large data warehouses.
Prior to joining Navigant, Mr. Varghese was COO of a specialty residential mortgage servicer, where he was responsible for the firm’s infrastructure, operations and servicing system performance.
