Richard is a Managing Director in the European Financial Services practice. His career of 20 years has been dedicated to the financial services sector, combining a variety of change management and marketing roles with a number of disciplines in his capacity as a management consultant at both Andersen Consulting, Troika and now Navigant.
Richard was part of the initial team which established Troika in 1998. To his clients, Richard specialises in defining and delivering multi-million £ business and IT change programmes and has several significant change credentials to his credit. These include large scale revenue generation product launches through to major back office administration transformation and outsourcing initiatives. Inside Navigant, he remains one of the fiercest protectors of the “people first” principles and ensures the necessary focus on retaining the company’s unique culture alongside its continued growth.
