As a Director of Navigant Consulting (Europe) ltd, Fabrice takes on managerial functions focusing on Smart Procurement services. At group level, Fabrice focuses on implementing and improving business processes and procedures and champions our ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditations. Fabrice combines Quantity Surveying and Project/Programme Management experience over 15 years in the UK with a wide range of experience in the Education, Residential, Regeneration, Commercial and Health sectors. Key commissions involved with are; Building Schools for the Future and Academies programme, Orange and mmo2 roll out programme, Sandwell URC, a 257nr apartment building in Manchester and a 70nr site roll out programme for the Driving Standard Agency.
