Michael is a Managing Director and leads the Operations Strategy and Transformation group within the Financial Services practice. With 20 years of consulting experience, he has worked with clients in a broad range of engagements, including system implementations, corporate reorganizations, process redesign and bankruptcy related litigations. His experiences includes implementing new and modified information systems, large-scale data conversions, technology evaluation and selection, business process reengineering and development of risk and reporting tools in the Wealth Management, Prime Brokerage, Fund Administration, Investment Accounting and Insurance arenas. In addition, Mr. Talbot and his teams have been responsible for the redesign and implementation of operational processes and the off-shoring of those processes.
