Mr. Rupert is a Managing Director in the Structured & Property Finance segment of the Public Services practice. He currently leads the financial modelling and financial structuring work, and is closely involved in a number of Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) for both public and private sector clients. He has taken many projects through to financial close.
